How you'll make an impact
Administer HR programs, policies, and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support requests.
Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, background checks, and offer preparation.
Facilitate new hire orientation and help create a positive onboarding experience.
Partner with leaders and employees to address workplace concerns and promote positive employee relations.
Prepare reports, research data, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and employee relations principles.
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
