About the Role

As an Associate Manager in the Product Solutions team, you will lead medium to large-scale client implementations end-to-end specifically for Payments products. Your primary objective is to leverage the organization's expertise, resources, and capabilities to deliver value-added solutions that meet the specific needs of clients or internal stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with clients, product, engineering, and compliance teams to define scalable solutions and ensure delivery fidelity. This role involves significant ownership, deep product thinking, and exposure to enterprise-grade problem-solving.

What will you do Do in this role

Own Complex Implementation Cycles:

· Lead medium to large-scale Payments product implementations owing discovery, gap analysis, solution design, documentation, and delivery validation.

Architect Scalable Solutions:

· Shape thoughtful, compliant, and scalable Payments solutions for enterprise clients rooted in a deep understanding of both client needs and internal capabilities.

Enable Global Financial Journeys:

· Interface with stakeholders from across regions and functions, solving nuanced implementation challenges while tailoring BaaS solutions for local markets.

Champion Delivery Consistency:

· Act as the anchor between the client’s vision and our execution — ensuring handover to implementation teams is seamless, and delivery remains consistent with agreed scope.

Drive Stakeholder Alignment:

·Facilitate conversations across business, tech, legal, and compliance teams to align everyone on what’s being built, why it matters, and how it will be delivered.

Elevate the Product:

·Surface insights from client engagements that can inform roadmap decisions. This role helps connect the dots between real-world use cases and product innovation.

Lead Through Influence:

·Help set implementation best practices, guide solution standards, and shape documentation structures that improve team velocity and delivery quality.

Accelerate Your Growth:

·This role is a launchpad into deeper solution strategy, regional ownership, or even product leadership. As we expand globally and scale the platform, you’ll be central to shaping how our Payments solutions adapt, and how the next generation of analysts operate.

What you'll need to be Successful in this Role

  •  5–7 years of experience in product consulting, business analysis, or fintech solutioning.
  • Proven record of solutioning medium to large-scale implementations during your career.
  • Expertise in Payments products and familiarity with developing Payments platforms.

Domain Knowledge:

  •  Understanding of Bank Offerings to Partners, payments, cards (credit/debit/prepaid), transaction flows, settlements, or issuer/acquirer systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with transaction systems or integrations in financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, enterprise workflows, and compliance/regulatory considerations

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact solutions and driving business results.
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts and work in a cohesive environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of solution ownership.

Communication, Documentation and Tools:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Miro/Figma, Excel.
