Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, Key Accounts

How you create impact
- Establish and strengthen relationship to assigned customers via regular interactions / visits to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Support RFI/RFQ Process (collect and share customer insights + requirements, RFI preparation, …) and ensure the RFQ in line with Account + Pricing Strategy.
- Conduct Business Reviews (Preparation / Presentation / Action Recap + Follow-up / Continuous improvement initiatives).
- Look for business development opportunities and work together with KAM and CCL managers to increase KN wallet share of assigned customers.
- Submit Spot Quotation if receiving the request from Customer in Vietnam (including QT Request to Pricing + Handover Sheet Preparation).
- Collaborate with involved teams to onboard / implement new assigned customers (including Customer SLA / SOP preparation).
- Manage Customer Contract if required to complete at country (Prepare, Submit, Upload, Sign).
- Collaborate with FIN for Credit Application or Adjustment if required.
- Operational Escalation for Service and Shipment Related Issue(s).
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, identify root causes and find sustainable solutions with relevant SL teams or other BUs.
- Provide Customer Reportings and control Customer KPI Performance.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics/freight forwarding
- Strong Sea Logistics background
- Fluent English communication skills, Chinese speaking is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work with BU/FU and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable with customer visits and travel requirement
- Good Excel reporting skills
- Power BI/dashboard knowledge is nice to have
- Farming and hunting exposure is nice to have
