Entry-Level Welder / Fabricator

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour (Higher based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
Overtime: Occasional 4-hour shifts on Saturdays

Job Summary

We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our production team as an Entry-Level Welder / Fabricator. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic welding experience who wants to grow their skills in a stable, year-round manufacturing environment. No extensive welding experience is required—we provide hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble rebar cages used in concrete structures.
• Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks.
• Work closely with a team to complete daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic welding experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift.
