Agility Lead – AI Enablement & Program Delivery

As an Agility Lead at JPMorganChase within the Wholesale Lending Technology team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that help achieve business goals across the firm. You will also drive AI enablement through an agility lens—helping teams and product partners incorporate enterprise AI tools into day-to-day delivery ways of working (planning, refinement, execution, and release), strengthening governance and consistency, removing delivery friction through automation, and improving flow, transparency, and predictability while aligning to risk, controls, and responsible use standards.

Job responsibilities

• Support AI-focused teams or pods with minimal information, demonstrating initiative in navigating ambiguity and driving progress in AI-related projects
• Participate in automation initiatives using AI tools, proactively identifying and challenging manual processes to drive efficiency and innovation
• Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
• Facilitate groups of 30 or more and coach multiple teams across the product
• Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
• Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team
• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events
• Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning
• Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate delivery insights and operational planning (e.g., synthesizing metrics and impediments into actions), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Promotes and standardizes reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement practices across teams (e.g., standardizing templates and lessons learned), ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management 
• Experience in leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, LLM Suite, or similar enterprise AI tools, including integration with JIRA for ticket creation, updates, maintenance, workflow automation, and issue management
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support agile coaching and delivery workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted insights and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Proven experience leading or governing release management for complex technology deliveries (planning, readiness, dependency management, go/no-go, cutover, and post-release stabilization), partnering effectively across product, engineering, and operations
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization, with ability to coach and mentor
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels; possess an executive presence
• Sound understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP
• Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven track record in leveraging automation tools to monitor, facilitate, and communicate throughout the release lifecycle
• Understanding of MCP agents and their integration with platforms such as JIRA MCP or similar AI solutions
• Strong awareness of emerging trends in AI, including generative AI, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
• Experience participating in events like hackathons is a strong plus
• Exposure to cloud technologies
