Responsibilities will include:
Performing organic synthesis of novel FSHR inhibitors identified through AI-driven drug discovery.
Conducting structural and photophysical characterization of these compounds using NMR, HPLC, HRMS, fluorescence spectroscopy, and MRI relaxivity assays.
Developing and validating bimodal luminescent–MRI theranostic agents conjugated to FSHR inhibitors.
Assessing in vitro receptor binding, neuronal uptake, and signaling inhibition in relevant cellular models.
Collaborating with the in vivo research team to evaluate the preclinical efficacy of lead compounds in murine models of Alzheimer’s disease, including blood–brain barrier permeability, receptor engagement, and cognitive outcomes.
This training program will provide advanced expertise in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, photophysics, and neuropharmacology, preparing her for an independent career in translational biomedical research.

Compensation Statement
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $74,692.00 - $80,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
