Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers.As experts in Purchase to Pay processes, our main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment, with the objective of delivering best practice solutions and ensuring customer success all while driving efficiencies and improvements.You will work across a number of Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses and Analytics.

The Impact of Senior Solution Architect / Implementation Consultant to Coupa:

Our Professional Services Teams work closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement the most valuable solutions for our customers.As experts in Purchase to Pay processes, our main goal is to support the design, implementation and deployment, with the objective of delivering best practice solutions and ensuring customer success all while driving efficiencies and improvements.You will work across a number of Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses and Analytics.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Leading the implementation design with customers and supporting external implementation partners as a subject matter expert.
- Advising customers on Coupa best practice, using industry knowledge to ensure the best possible functional design is implemented.
- Leading and supporting customer design workshops to guide customers through the implementation journey.
- Supporting design reviews and collaborating with Product Management on the strategic direction of the product.
- Managing customers where up to 50% of your time may include travel.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Previous experience in procurement, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organisation or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
- Experience within the Purchase to Pay process is needed. In addition experience within Sourcing, Category Management and Contract Management would be advantageous.
- Highly numerate and comfortable using Excel and/or other platforms for complex scenario analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English needed. Fluency in French/or German would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills are required along with the passion to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live.
- A proven track record in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is required. Previous consulting experience with Coupa Purchase to Pay, or another similar application would be helpful.
