You'll also support Smart QC deployment as primary Scrum Master, as well as other global QC and QCSE projects and initiatives aligned to business priorities.This is a 12-month Fixed-Term role where your expertise in lean transformation and laboratory automation directly supports the quality and integrity of the medicines we deliver to patients every day.What You'll DoPartner with QC leaders, analysts, and QCSE peers to identify opportunities to improve QC performance, increase productivity, and reduce operational costsProvide global oversight of lean initiatives and programs at QC sites, tracking progress and delivery and providing updates at the appropriate governance forumsSupport local QC teams with lean initiative and method improvement implementation, acting as Scrum Master where requiredCreate and manage a database of automation opportunities, partnering with QC, Development, and other teams to generate business cases and ROI assessments, and track automation implementation and benefit realisationPerform external benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity for BMS QC labs in automation and lean performanceDrive deployment of Smart QC to the agreed plan, acting as Scrum MasterMentor and coach QC staff on lean methodologies and practicesWhat You'll BringEducationBachelor's and advanced degree in Science or a pharmaceutical-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical EngineeringExperience & Skills8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing quality-related process excellence and leadership roles5+ years of matrix leadership experience in Quality and Compliance organisationsProficiency in Quality Control and analytical processes and regulations, including cGMP and GDPA thorough understanding of company policies and regulatory requirements in relation to QC processes and documentationProven experience in lean methodologies with appropriate certification, such as Green Belt, Black Belt, or Six SigmaExperience in automation of QC methodologies and test instrumentationExperience developing and maintaining performance-based dashboards and delivering high performance in a QC laboratory environmentDemonstrated experience setting strategies within teams to develop personnel, manage variability in demand, and increase team output while controlling costsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a broad range of stakeholders at all levelsExcellent...
