Job Description

Please note the role will be based on project site, Taoyuan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and process systems.
  • Manage space planning, including equipment layout, maintenance access, safety egress, and future expansion.
  • Coordinate multi-system pipeline routing, elevation, and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Lead regular space coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
  • Integrate interfaces between CSA, MEP, hook-up, and equipment vendors.
  • Propose space optimization solutions for utility corridors, pipe bridges, and electrical rooms.
  • Review design changes and conduct pre-construction space feasibility checks.
  • Manage and verify technical drawings, including P&IDs, sections, and shop drawings; ensure as-built model consistency.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports, issue logs, and clash tracking summaries.
  • Support owner and consultant technical review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in semiconductor plant construction or large-scale MEP integration; or 3+ years in BIM Space Management.
  • Cleanroom project experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/ACC.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, pipeline coordination, clash detection, and layout review.
  • Preferred certifications: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM-related credentials.
