We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Planner  to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Cummins Grupo Industrial in San Luis Potosí. 

 

Work Modality: Hybrid, 3 days on-site, 2 days home office

 

Job Summary:

To plan and maintain daily Supply Chain operations in one or more functional areas such as materials, production, inventory, logistics, customer service, demand management or order fulfillment. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Participate in daily meetings with Business Units and Supplier  from USA, Asia to make sure the availability of the materials for the production plans.
  • Develop and optimize planning system strategies to improve supply chain signals and overall planning effectiveness.
  • Monitor, maintain, and adjust planning system parameters to support operational performance.
  • Execute daily operational planning activities within the assigned functional area.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions.

    • Premium fletes
  • Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop short-term tactical solutions that support business objectives.
  • Utilize planning tools, processes, and information systems to drive consistent planning signals across the supply chain.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional process improvement teams.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced English (written and verbal).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • More than 2 years's experience as a  Material Planner, Logistics Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst in the automotive sector
  • Experience developing reports 

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
  • Experience using Oracle Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).

    University degree required.
