Nursing Clinical Manager position summary

Our clinical managers oversee all clinical quality and operational components of our hospice agency services; this includes overall business and clinical operational lines while enhancing revenue and patient satisfaction. The clinical managers are responsible for resolving any patient/family issues that may arise over the course of care. Clinical managers also ensure colleague compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards and agency policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications

  • Registered Nurse having a current license from the State Board of Nursing, in the state in which practicing

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

  • Two years' experience in a hospice agency.

  • Must possess progressive supervisory or leadership experience.

  • Must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective interface with clients, professional clinical staff and all other related team members.

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License, from state in which practicing and have reliable transportation to and from the work site.

  • Must be able to articulate and demonstrate a commitment to the mission, vision and values of Trinity Home Health Services and to inspire active support of this in others.

  • Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Business Code of Ethics and adhere to the Organizational Integrity Program.

  • Must be able to read and write in English.

  • Able to use computer programs and telephone.
