Job Description:

Waterford Lakes Free-Standing ER Highlights:

  • The AdventHealth Waterford Lakes Emergency Department (ED) is an extension of our AdventHealth East Orlando Campus. The 18,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art emergency healthcare serving the residents of East Orange County open 24-7.

  • The 24-bed ED includes an urgent care track to diagnose and treat non-emergent cases more efficiently, an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours, and offers emergent care supported by ground transportation if specialty care is needed.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies.

  • Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes.

  • Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans.

  • Communicates findings and recommendations to interdisciplinary teams.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Associate of Science degree in Nursing

  • Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

  • Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

$31.53 - $52.24
