Overview

This position reports directly to the Manager, Supply Operations. Collaborates and works with all responsible managers within UF Health Jacksonville to ensure successful program execution. This position is responsible for the overall planning and execution of the Automated Supply Station Program within UF Health Jacksonville. This will include the metrics, budgeting, training, monitoring and successful implementation of all Automated Supply Stations. Employee must have a clear understanding of systems functionality and/or departmental processes as they relate to the supported system/application. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are required for interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems/application functionality, upgrades and enhancements. Must be able to work both independently and as a team member in a solution-oriented and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's degree. Four (4) years of relevent experience will be accepted in lieu of degree. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree. Necessary Skills: Requires excellent leadership and program management skills, highly knowledgeable in financial analysis and inventory control principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills necessary for coordinating effective change among staff and clinicians. Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Services System and the Automated Supply Station software. Proficient in Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills both verbal and writing. Ability to work with and interface with other managers. Ability to be an effective problem solver as issues present. Excellent interpersonal skills. Clear understanding of systems functionality and/or departmental processes as they relate to the supported system/application. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are required for interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems/application functionality, upgrades and enhancements. Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a solution oriented and customer focused environment. Required Experience: 3-5 years - Automated Systems and Inventory Management Preferred Experience: At least one (1) year of office experience and/or healthcare industry experience preferred. Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for annual budget of $1,000,000.00.
