Order Handler (German speaking)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Respond to customer and sales inquiries by accurately and timely entering and managing customer orders.
  • Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status, including any potential delays.
  • Review, process, and coordinate order changes to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements.
  • Expedite with factories and internal partners to support on-time delivery commitments.
  • Maintain close, professional collaboration with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Process and issue invoices in line with established procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Experience or education that demonstrates the ability to manage administrative, customer-facing, or order-related processes (a degree or equivalent practical experience is welcomed).
  • Comfort using digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to understand business drivers and apply that understanding to day-to-day decisions.
  • Curiosity and initiative to explore new approaches and support process improvements.   
     
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Previous experience in sales support, order management, or customer service in an international or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with ERP or order management systems.
