McKesson is seeking a Director to lead the FP&A team for the McKesson Plasma and Biologics (MPB) business. The Director will lead a team of finance professionals and manage the monthly close and forecast, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities, plus solve business issues, drive business initiatives, and provide business insights through advanced analytics. Other responsibilities include process improvement, customer profitability analysis, and financial modeling of new to market therapeutics. The Director will be trusted business partner to the Strategic Pricing and Manufacturer Relations team as well as the sales leaders across all US Pharma channels. Additionally, the Director will lead the team to work collaboratively across the organization to produce actionable insights for strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Provide business/financial insight on monthly close and forecast and lead the development and socialization of the annual budget and long-term plan
Partner collaboratively with business owners to develop/produce KPI management reports to measure financial performance
Provide advanced analytics on customer/manufacturer profitability and make recommendations to drive incremental operating profit
Effective business partner who can influence decision makers and work collaboratively across a large, matrixed organization
Perform other duties as required
Minimum Requirement
Degree and typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Experience developing and managing strategic financial projects/programs
Must have strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills

Salary: 135,800.00 - 181,100.00 - 226,400.00 USD Annual with 20% MIP

This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
