The role involves owning end-to-end solution design, driving technical consistency across systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including DevOps, developers, and testers to deliver robust and efficient solutions. ## What you’ll do Translate functional and business Telco requirements into solution design Own technical solution design, configuration, and implementation, resolving technical dependencies Provide reusable and scalable technical solution designs Define and configure interfaces for data exchange between services and front-end applications in alignment with connected systems Present high-level, solution, and technical designs to cross-functional teams Perform initial defect analysis and coordinate defect resolution across teams Handle incidents and provide workarounds in complex production scenarios with DevOps engineers Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests for complex changes Support DevOps teams in deployment across environments ## Who you are 5+ years of experience as a Solution Designer in BSS/OSS applications within a Telco environment 3+ years of experience in backend development (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, relational databases) Experience working with Amdocs systems (OC/OH/SOM or similar) Strong expertise in designing highly reusable and generic technical solutions Functional knowledge of Telco domains (Cable/TV preferred) Familiarity with TMForum standards (eTOM, TAM, SID, ODA) and REST APIs Overall 8+ years of professional experience Experience with automated unit testing, DevOps practices, Git, Confluence, Jira, and API design/management Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) Educational background in Computer Science or a related discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc) ## Not a perfect fit?
