Job DescriptionThe Senior Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for leading both the strategic and day-to-day management of facilities operations across the Western United States, with additional oversight of select Central U.S. sites and the Latin America region (including Puerto Rico). Reporting to the Senior Director of Facilities, this role plays a critical part in shaping and executing the company’s regional facilities strategy, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.This individual will oversee a diverse portfolio—including office, laboratory, manufacturing, R&D, and warehouse environments—while driving workplace transformation initiatives, capital projects, and service delivery optimization. Success in this role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead facilities operations and maintenance programs across a ~1M sq. ft. regional portfolio, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and high service standardsManage both in-house and outsourced facilities teams, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused cultureDrive execution of regional and global facilities initiatives, ensuring consistency in standards, processes, and deliveryDevelop and manage annual operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets, including multi-year strategic planning and project roadmapsOversee landlord and lease relationships, ensuring compliance with lease terms and optimal property performancePartner with cross-functional and global peers to align on best practices and enterprise-wide initiativesEnsure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and standardsAct as a strategic partner to regional business leaders, proactively identifying...
