- Operate street sweepers, parking lot sweepers, and other industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Remove dirt, debris, dust, and litter from assigned work areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleaning equipment components.
- Identify and report mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Ensure assigned routes and work orders are completed on schedule.
- Assist with general labor duties related to site cleanliness and maintenance as needed.
- Operate equipment during day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Preferred
- Previous experience operating street sweepers, vacuum trucks, construction equipment, or similar heavy machinery.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to safely enter and exit equipment multiple times throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Outdoor and industrial work environments.
- Exposure to dust, noise, traffic, and changing weather conditions.
- May require overtime, weekends, evenings, or emergency response work.
