Experience: 3–7 years
Qualification: BE / B. Tech / M. Tech or equivalent degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or Industrial Automation
Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Expertise in Zebra Hardware & Software
- Hands‑on experience with Zebra MotionWorks, Zebra readers, scanners, and associated software tools.
- Strong real-time understanding of integrating Zebra technologies within automation environments.
• Automation Domain Knowledge
- Familiarity with Physical Automation, Factory Automation, Logistics Automation, Manufacturing Automation, and Warehouse Automation.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement automated workflows across production, logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Warehouse & Factory Systems
- Exposure to technologies supporting parts storage, parts movement, real‑time asset tracking, IoT tools, and low‑code platforms.
• Robotics & Mobile Automation
- Knowledge of mobile robotics platforms such as Geek+ and Standard Robots.
- Capability to design warehouse layouts incorporating AMR/AGV/mobile robotics technologies.
• Emerging Technologies Exposure
- Practical experience with IoT systems, RFID solutions, Vision Inspection Systems, and Real‑Time Location Systems (RTLS).
- Ability to support end‑to‑end deployments of these technologies.
• Foundational Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Networking, Linux, IT Infrastructure, Middleware & application layers.
- Strong troubleshooting mindset for integrated automation environments.
• Industry 4.0 Best Practices
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, digital warehousing strategies, and smart factory technologies.
