Job Summary
The Associate Accountant is responsible for processing employee expense reports, administering the corporate card program, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end accounting activities. This role helps ensure compliance with company policies and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with Travel & Entertainment policies.
  • Verify receipts, expense coding, and supporting documentation.
  • Process employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
  • Administer the corporate card program, including card issuance, maintenance, and employee support.
  • Reconcile corporate card transactions and investigate unreconciled items.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities.
  • Assist with audits, accruals, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Etertainment, or Expense Reporting.
  • Exposure to month-end close activities and reconciliations.
  • Experience with SAP or any ERP system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • CPA is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work on a Hybrid set up (3x RTO) in our BGC, Taguig office.
