Administrative Assistant

Are you organized, proactive, and the person everyone counts on to keep things on track? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making each day run a little smoother.

In this role, you'll be the go-to support for our department, handling everything from administrative tasks to coordinating daily operations. You'll use your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of office procedures to keep things moving efficiently while working with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the department.
  • Manage a variety of routine and complex administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and maintain organized records.
  • Apply department policies and procedures to support daily operations.
  • Use a variety of computer software programs to create, edit, and manage documents.
  • Take, transcribe, and distribute notes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Proficiency with common office software and computer applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
