Expert Sustainability Automotive/Manufacturing [AdivosryX]
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Expert Consultant with deep sustainability expertise to drive innovation and transformation in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors.
You will partner with enterprise clients to design and propose comprehensive sustainability-driven digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve overall business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and present strategic transformation proposals tailored to manufacturing and automotive customer requirements, with emphasis on sustainability outcomes and circular economy principles
Lead cross-functional engagement with C-suite and operational teams to understand business challenges and translate them into digital transformation roadmaps
Design and architect integration solutions across PLM, SCM, and MES platforms to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain sustainability, and production efficiency
Conduct sustainability assessments and create detailed business cases demonstrating ROI, carbon footprint reduction, and resource optimization
Collaborate with solution architects and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer success
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key manufacturing and automotive accounts
Contribute to thought leadership by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability standards (ISO 14001, ESG reporting, etc.)
Support pre-sales activities, including capability demonstrations, solution workshops, and competitive assessments
We Require
10+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries
Proven expertise in PLM, SCM, and/or MES implementations and integrations
Strong background in sustainability, circular economy, or ESG initiatives within manufacturing operations
Track record of successfully leading complex digital transformation projects with enterprise clients
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and present to executive leadership
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and production management
Project management experience and familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Offer Package
The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40,000.
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
