This role involves supporting various job sites across the U.S., assisting with site preparation, cleanup, material handling, and general labor duties. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general construction labor tasks including site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and assisting trades as neededOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlySupport project teams in maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sitesFollow all company and OSHA safety standardsTravel to and work at job sites nationwide; return home every other weekendQualificationsPrevious experience in general construction or a related field preferredStrong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamworkAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and work in diverse weather conditionsOSHA-30 certification requiredWillingness to travel frequently and stay on project sites for extended periodsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCertifications in forklift operation, fall protection, aerial lift, scissor lift, and First Aid/CPR are highly preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
