Position Summary:
 The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for homebuyers, real estate agents, lenders, and other visitors. This role supports the closing process by greeting clients, preparing closing rooms, assisting with document handling, and performing general clerical and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Escort homebuyers and other parties to closing rooms and ensure they are comfortable.
  • Offer beverages and refreshments to clients during appointments.
  • Collect and copy identification documents as required for closing transactions.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries.
  • Maintain clean and organized reception and closing areas.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other general clerical tasks.
  • Support title and escrow staff with administrative duties as needed.
  • Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
