Description:

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Imaging Clinical Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee certain areas of the Surgery Imaging offices. Provides friendly, efficient, fiscally responsible and customer-responsive practice operations. 

What You'll Do:

  • Supervises day to day operations of assigned areas.
  • Ensures efficient and effective scheduling, timekeeping and payroll for staff.
  • Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching.
  • Work with Program Manager and Radiologist groups to develop and clarify clinical protocols for staff.
  • Evaluates of give input into the performance of clinical staff. 
  • Assists in development and oversight of program budget.

What We're Looking For:

  • EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid CPR certification. Valid registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years’ experience. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
