The OpportunityAs a Wealth Management Tax Services Senior Associate, you will provide strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role emphasizes relationship building, managing others, and personal growth, providing opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
In this role, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Navigating complex tax regulations to optimize client tax positions
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to validate compliance with tax laws
- Preparing and filing accurate tax returns to assist businesses in meeting obligations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Drafting tax documents and conducting tax research to support corporate tax planning
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax optimization
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with PwC's code of conduct
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships effectively
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts and strategies
- Collaborating with teams to deliver quality client service and support
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity).

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
