This position will have the primary responsibility of maintaining security access and control to all areas of the Central Bank Center Complex, including the Lexington Opera House. This will include working in Security Headquarters  and making routine rounds throughout the entire complex, providing customer service to clients/patrons as they arrive on the complex, and assisting with all incidents as they may arise.  This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until October 16, 2026. Responsibilities Serve as the primary communications hub for the security team. Receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching appropriate personnel via two-way radio or phone.Actively monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarm panels, intrusion detection systems, and Alertus alarms to identify and preemptively address security breaches or safety hazards.Maintain a precise, real-time chronological log of all shifts' activity, incidents, system alarms, and personnel deployments using 24/7 incident management software.Oversee the secure issuance, tracking, and return of operational keys, radios, and specialized security equipment.Remotely manage building access by verifying credentials, securing doors, and controlling gates. Oversee the secure issuance, tracking, and return of operational keys, radios, and specialized security equipment.Implement emergency standard operating procedures (SOPs) during critical incidents (e.g., medical emergencies, severe weather, active threats).
