Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated GCP Tech Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the development of AI, Digital Twin, and simulation platforms leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse. This role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to guide and mentor team members while working closely with architects and stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
Take technical ownership of GCP-based cloud solutions across one or more project workstreams.
Lead and collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-native applications.
Contribute to architecture discussions and translate architectural decisions into implementation plans.
Design and build scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Support cloud migration and modernization efforts for enterprise applications.
Participate in the development of AI/ML, Digital Twin, and simulation workloads using GCP AI services and NVIDIA Omniverse.
Implement and maintain data pipelines supporting batch, streaming, and real-time processing.
Develop integrations across cloud services, IoT, ERP, MES, and CAD/PLM platforms.
Enforce cloud governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and FinOps practices within the team.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on GCP best practices, DevSecOps, and emerging technologies.
Technical & Professional Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud architecture patterns.
Proficiency in GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, App Engine, and Cloud Functions.
Experience with enterprise data platforms — Data Lakes, Lakehouse Architecture, batch and real-time data processing.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
Working knowledge of BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Vertex AI.
Good understanding of Cloud Networking, IAM, Cloud Security, DR, and High Availability.
Experience with API Management, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Containerization.
Exposure to or working knowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse (OV Kit SDK, Nucleus, Isaac SIM, OV Extensions) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Digital Twin, Industrial Metaverse, or Real-time 3D Simulation concepts is preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience working in distributed or global team environments.
Additional Information
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
6-8 years years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in solution/application architecture.
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Digital Twin, or Physical AI platforms is highly preferred
Willingness to travel internationally based on project requirements.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
Preferred Certifications: Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer, NVIDIA Omniverse Certified Professional, etc.
