Software Engineer - Dragonfly Portfolio

Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies, including many of the leading teams in the space.

We're actively sourcing for a Software Engineer for one of our portfolio companies building the dark pool primitive for crypto. Fully onchain, no trusted intermediaries. Four person team, one seat open.
Location: San Francisco (onsite)
Role snapshot:

• Scope: Real ownership and wide surface area on a lean team
• Shape the role: customer-facing or heads down performance work, you decide
• Stack (required): Performance-sensitive Rust, distributed systems
• Stack (plus): ZK prover optimization, onchain event ingestion, hedging infrastructure
• Design and operate production systems managing 7 figures of onchain funds
