Software Engineer, Lab Automation

Role responsibilities

Design and maintain automation systems for peptide synthesis and biologics workflows to connect laboratory execution with an AI/ML platform. Integrate lab instruments, ELN, and LIMS to ensure experimental outputs are traceable and ready for modeling.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or a related field with strong programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript. Must have hands-on experience with liquid handlers, robotics, and integrating scientific data platforms.
