Business Development Manager DACH
What you'll do
-
Lead and scale the team: Manage the existing BDRs across London and Paris while leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires in Frankfurt.
-
Align with Sales Managers: Partner closely with DACH Sales Leadership to design prospecting plays (messaging, sequencing, account targeting) and guarantee seamless pipeline handoffs.
-
Build daily operating rhythms: Set a high performance bar, establish strong routines across distributed locations, and foster team cohesion.
-
Own performance end-to-end: Drive daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics, elevate activity quality, deliver structured coaching, and manage performance issues directly.
-
Drive change adoption: Navigate shifting priorities and process updates in a fast-scaling environment, keeping reps aligned and focused.
-
Iterate and improve: Act as a coachable leader who tests new approaches, implements feedback quickly, and constantly raises the standard.
-
Monitor pipeline health: Track key metrics, surface bottlenecks early, and execute proactive corrective solutions.
As Pigment continues its rapid global expansion, establishing a dedicated presence in the DACH region is one of our highest strategic priorities. In this context of hyper-growth, you will take over the management of an existing team of 3 BDRs currently based between London and Paris, while building and scaling our local BDR footprint on the ground in Frankfurt.
Working hand-in-hand with our DACH Sales Managers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market execution and generating qualified pipeline across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
