This position works at Istanbul location in the International Finance Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries.
What You’ll Do
- Perform basic accounting functions, including preparation of monthly journal entries to the general ledger and calculation and preparation
- Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly and year -end closing activities
- Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts
- Using documents to verify, record and process transactions
- Support internal and external audits preparations
- Manage relationships with key business partners
- Participate in and support various projects and continuous improvement efforts across the Accounting organization
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering or other qualified disciplines,
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of VAT and TAX regulations
- Good level of English, written and spoken
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge of SAP system
