You'll help leaders understand business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure the impact of strategic initiatives.The best analysts don't just report what happened – they help teams understand why it happened and what to do next. Design and analyze experiments, pilots, and performance evaluations that separate signal from noise and support confident decision-making.📈 How healthy is the business? Build dashboards and reporting that provide leaders with visibility into operational performance, customer outcomes, and organizational health.🔍 What trends should we be paying attention to? Analyze data across multiple sources to identify patterns, emerging opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.👥 What behaviors drive successful outcomes?
