GE Vernova, the Lean Manufacturing Engineer at our Clearwater plant, you will own the operational excellence roadmap end-to-end. You'll architect and execute improvement strategies across multiple product lines, driving measurable reductions in inventory, cycle time, and waste — and you'll do it in a culture that takes lean seriously, not just as a program, but as a way of working.

Essential Functions
- Drive operational excellence at the Clearwater plant through kaizen and lean events, continuous improvement activities and projects.
- Utilizing Lean methodologies to improve Safety, optimize production capacity, and drive sustainable cost-reduction initiatives.
- Identify potential process improvement projects, drive lean manufacturing activities and ensure progress while tracking project status and closure
- Develop and coordinate lean manufacturing training and education
- Leverage best practice strategies and drive consistencies across site
- Facilitate kaizen events, develop sustainment plans and present to leadership
- Remain current on lean methodologies and train within the Plant on lean concepts and mentor people using lean tools
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering
- Internship or 0–2 years in manufacturing
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing
- Comfortable working on the production floor
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Curious, proactive personality

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
