Job Summary

As Director, Idira Technical Solution Programs and Operations, you will lead the operational engine within the Idira TS Center of Excellence and enable our Technical Solutions organization to scale. You will oversee a team responsible for strategic programs, portfolio management, launch readiness, operational processes, field enablement, and strategic communications. Working across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM Strategy, you will build the processes and programs that will prepare the field for new technologies and releases while reducing operational friction and managing platform adoption. 

Your highly visible leadership role will ultimately build a scalable operating model that supports a world-class technical sales organization. 

Your Impact

  • Lead and develop a high performing team of program managers and strategic leads responsible for driving field readiness and operational excellence to our Idira Technical Sellers.
  • Define and execute the operational strategy for the TS CoE, aligning programs with business priorities and goals.
  • Nurture and strengthen our partnerships with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Learning and Enablement, and Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver cross functional programs.
  • Integrate with annual and quarterly sales programs, executive events, technical summits
  • Ensure constant field communications, creating field awareness to the right product releases, departmental/operational changes, learning requirements, and sales programs.
  • Organize and coordinate the delivery of in-person training events and leadership summits, including:  on-boarding of new hires, field activation events, new product releases, and strategic leadership sessions.
  • Oversee NFI/NPI efforts to ensure field readiness for the launch of new products.
  • Own demo and evaluation strategy, ensuring high quality customer experiences and scalable technical sales assets.
  • Improve operational efficiency through data driven insights, analytics, dashboards, and process optimization leveraging relevant company platforms.
  • Establish KPIs and operational metrics to provide insight and reporting into program health, business outcomes, and organizational performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

    Qualifications

    • 8 or more years of experience leading strategy, operations, program management, or business operations within a technology company
    • 6 or more years of experience leading and growing a high performing operations and enablement team
    • Demonstrated success managing large, cross functional programs
    • Experience establishing portfolio governance, operational processes, and executive reporting
    • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, change management, and organizational readiness.
    • Experience supporting new product launches, field enablement, or GTM readiness.
    • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
    • Proven ability to balance strategic planning and execution in a fast paced, high growth environment.

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.

    $254,000.00 - $296,000.00/yr
