Your Role

  • The IT Program Manager leads and coordinates multiple technology projects and strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for program planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and successful delivery of business and technology outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT programs and related projects.
  • Develop program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
  • Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
