You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building long-term creator partnerships, and making influencer marketing one of our strongest acquisition channels. Working closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM and Creative teams, you'll combine creativity with data-driven decision making to deliver measurable business impact.What you'll be doingOwn the Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for VOY Weight Loss, aligning creator initiatives with business and growth objectives.Build High-Impact Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers to establish long-term partnerships that drive awareness and customer acquisition.Scale Performance: Monitor campaign performance, define KPIs, analyse results and continuously optimise influencer investments to maximise ROI.Lead Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting, ensuring excellent execution and consistent brand messaging.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative and Medical teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our audience while remaining compliant.Identify New...
