Rod Guide Operators are responsible for all duties associated with the operation of the Mold Injection Unit.
- Operating, maintaining, and calibration of the Mold Injection Unit.
- Start-up, QC Sampling, and Packaging.
- Cleaning, inspecting, and general preparation work.
- Rod movements, crane work, and order assembly.
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs; including but not limited to the process map, support processes, health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Participate in training programs as required by the company
- All other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of prior experience and knowledge of oilfield tubulars and/or sucker rods is an asset.
- Basic understanding of Hydraulics and Electrical trouble shooting
- Training or previous experience in mold injection is an asset.
This position is classified as safety sensitive, and employment would be conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment testing.
