Job Description

• Process and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on sales agreements, contracts, and service orders.
• Verify billing data/related documents for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, discounts, quantities, and taxes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing structures, and billing policies to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Handle billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding invoices and payments.
• Perform regular reconciliations between billing records, sales orders, and customer contracts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Update and maintain customer information, billing terms, and payment preferences in the billing system.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing procedures.
• Monitor and track accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments and working with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
