Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the software solutions being developed. The engineer plays a pivotal role in driving the project forward by managing priorities and addressing challenges that arise during the software lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and other departments to align objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs and connectors within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, data transformation, and orchestration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with deployment and monitoring tools related to Mulesoft applications.
- Capability to work with cloud platforms and understand security best practices in integration scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
