Your role and responsibilitiesComo pasante de Desarrollo de Software, formarás parte de proyectos relacionados con retail y banca, colaborando junto a equipos multidisciplinarios en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras.
Durante la pasantía, participarás en iniciativas de automatización utilizando Python y tendrás la oportunidad de capacitarte en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial como watsonx Orchestrate. También brindarás soporte en el mantenimiento y evolución de soluciones desarrolladas con IBM BAW, además de involucrarte en el ciclo end-to-end de aplicaciones fullstack, desde el desarrollo hasta las pruebas e implementación.
Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:
• Colaborar en el desarrollo de automatizaciones y aplicaciones utilizando Python.
• Participar en proyectos de desarrollo fullstack junto a equipos técnicos y funcionales.
• Brindar soporte y mantenimiento a soluciones implementadas con IBM BAW.
• Aprender y aplicar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y automatización.
• Participar en pruebas, documentación y mejoras continuas de las soluciones.
• Trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos locales y regionales.
• Estudiante activo(a) de carreras como Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería en Software, Análisis de Sistemas, Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencia de Datos o carreras afines relacionadas con Tecnología.
• Conocimientos básicos/intermedios de programación, especialmente en Python.
• Conocimientos de desarrollo web y nociones de aplicaciones fullstack.
• Interés o conocimientos iniciales en herramientas de IA Generativa (GenAI).
• Nivel de inglés intermedio para lectura de documentación técnica y comunicación profesional.
• Estar cursando los últimos años de la carrera universitaria.
• Disponibilidad para asistir a oficinas de IBM en CABA y alrededores.
• Buenas habilidades analíticas, organización y trabajo en equipo.
• Ganas de aprender nuevas tecnologías y desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico e innovador.
