Job Description

The Treasury Project Coordinator supports Treasury Operations by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, maintaining documentation, managing project tasks, and ensuring accurate execution of daily treasury processes.

This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, with limited leadership responsibilities, serving as a key operational resource across ACH, wires, tax payments, Positive Pay, exception handling, and bank file processing. The Coordinator partners closely with Finance, Tax, Compliance, Implementation, Support, and Product/Technology teams to drive execution and operational consistency.

Core Job Duties

  • Coordinate treasury-related projects, including task management, timelines, documentation, and cross-functional follow-up
  • Maintain project trackers; prepare agendas, document action items, and support status reporting
  • Assist with ACH/NACHA file preparation, validation, and transmission
  • Execute or support wires (standard, reverse, and one-time) and EFT tax payments in accordance with approval workflows
  • Upload Positive Pay files and assist with exception review and resolution
  • Perform manual transactions to and from client-funded accounts
  • Execute daily extracts and perform data edits for payroll platform processing
  • Research and resolve returns, exceptions, and banking discrepancies
  • Enforce NSF procedures and support collections workflows
  • Open, document, and resolve CRM cases with accurate and timely updates
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and audit artifacts
  • Support internal and external audit requests; ensure accurate recordkeeping for compliance
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide operational support for treasury initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • A–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or banking operations
  • Familiarity with ACH/NACHA, wire processing, or online banking systems preferred
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally without supervisory responsibility
  • Customer-focused with strong internal partnership skills
