We're the engine behind hiring top-tier talent across Finance & Operations, Fintech, Marketing, People, Strategy & Analytics, and more — partnering closely with hiring managers across the business to build teams that can execute on Jobber's mission. As Jobber grows, so does the range and complexity of what we hire for, which means the team is constantly adapting how we source, assess, and close talent in a market that doesn't sit still. You'll join as a Talent Acquisition Partner reporting to the Manager, Talent Attraction.The role:In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, gaining deep insight into their teams, aligning on hiring needs, and driving recruitment strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes. We're not looking for someone who wants a fully-paved road. We're looking for someone who's genuinely energized by ambiguity, questions "the way we've always done it" when it's no longer serving us, and is naturally curious about how recruiting itself is changing. In particular, we want someone who's already building with AI in their own practice — not just using ChatGPT to draft a job ad, but someone who excited about building workflows, tools, prompts, or systems that make sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement measurably better, and who's excited to keep experimenting as the tools evolve.Throughout, you'll be committed to delivering a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience that brings Jobber's story to life and builds lasting connections with every potential Jobberino!The Talent Acquisition Partner will:Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing. You'll be accountable for results, efficiency, quality, and equitable outcomes across every stage of the funnel.Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and up-level talent decisions across our hiring teams — including pushing back constructively when a process, requirement, or assumption no longer makes...
