Lead Tech Vendor Management – Vendor Compliance & Governance
Role Objective
Lead supplier compliance and governance across the telecom vendor ecosystem, ensuring adherence to contractual, regulatory, operational, financial, and security requirements. Drive risk mitigation, audit readiness, supplier accountability, and AI-enabled compliance monitoring to strengthen governance, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supplier compliance governance across onboarding, contracting, performance management, renewals, and offboarding.
- Establish and enforce supplier compliance frameworks, controls, policies, and governance standards.
- Monitor vendor adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs, regulatory requirements, security standards, and financial controls.
- Drive supplier risk assessments, compliance reviews, audit readiness, and corrective action management.
- Develop compliance scorecards, KPI dashboards, governance reporting, and executive reviews.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Security, Product, and Operations teams to address compliance gaps and strengthen vendor controls.
- Leverage AI and automation for contract compliance, invoice validation, risk detection, supplier monitoring, and governance analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Telecom Operations.
- Strong knowledge of supplier compliance, contract governance, third-party risk management, audits, and telecom service operations.
- Experience driving governance programs across multiple stakeholders and vendor ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled compliance monitoring, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Telecom, managed services, network services, or technology vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, information security, and third-party risk frameworks.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Experience in billing governance, supplier performance management, and cost optimization.
