That person is the Clinic Support Lead. The way we welcome families, set up the rooms, stock the shelves, look after the building, and look after each other — it’s already designed. Your work is to carry it through, every day, with warmth and consistency. You’re the reason therapists can focus on the kids, the reason families feel taken care of before a session even starts, the reason the building looks great and the team shows up with energy. You report to the Director of Clinical Operations and work alongside our supervising therapists to keep the clinic running at its best.About Oaklin LaneOaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.What you’ll doFacilitate the daily operations of the clinic — building, supplies, scheduling flow, and team coordination — to the Oaklin Lane standardImplement Oaklin Lane’s policies, processes, and brand standards across the clinic day to daySupervise one to two Patient Guides day to day — directing, coaching, and making sure they’re delivering the family experience the Oaklin Lane wayCoordinate building maintenance and upkeep, inside and out — holding the space to the Oaklin Lane standardKeep supplies well-stocked and organized, flagging needs to corporate for approvalDeliver the family experience the way Oaklin Lane has designed it — proactively resolving concerns and making sure every touchpoint feels warm, clear, and supportiveMaintain an impeccable Google rating by encouraging happy families to share their experience and catching concerns before they escalateMonitor and champion internal team satisfaction — keep morale high, celebrate wins, and flag clinic-level issues to the Director of Clinical Operations before they growWork alongside supervising therapists to ensure clinic operations support great clinical careSupport community events and outreach coordinated by the marketing team — you’re the boots on the groundKeep the clinic feeling like a place families, kids, and clinicians genuinely want to beWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work.
