Project Role Description : Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management activities from initiation through completion for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders across a globally distributed delivery environment to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project objectives. The practitioner actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication to maintain project momentum and deliver successful outcomes within the defined scope and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring.
- Experience in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports.
- Ability to analyze project data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Competence in risk management and issue resolution within complex project environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services.
