ALYST, Specialist, Know Your Customer, SME Banking

• Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and due diligence on prospective and existing SME clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze client information and documentation to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify client data, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide guidance and support to SME clients on KYC requirements and assist them in the onboarding process
• Stay informed of the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of KYC processes and procedures within the SME banking division
