Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging
* Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality
* Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications - for both series production and prototypes or single production
* Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics, with relevant experience or alternative pathways welcomed
* Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports
* Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
* Work with a moderate degree of supervision
* Employment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC (National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization
* 3rd shift: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am Mon - Friday - This shift is eligible for a 15% shift differential
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Ability to work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision
* Able to support and guide new team members, apprentices, or trainees
* 5 years of relevant completed vocational/professional training, and additional subject-specific experience (5 years), or additional subject-specific qualification
* We welcome candidates whose skills and knowledge have been acquired through various pathways, including non-traditional backgrounds
* Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
* Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday
