Role Summary – Insight Channel Partners Manager
Insight Channel Partners make up almost half of Reward’s overall insight revenues. The Insight Channel Partners Manager is responsible for growing partner revenues within both existing partners and complimentary new partners in an operationally efficient manner. Whilst this role is primarily UK focused there may be some requirement to build a number of international insights partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex commercial relationships and building commercial partnerships. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into commercially viable products or solutions. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver client solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, consumer insights, or intelligence-led products and services. 
  • Experience leading or supporting client-facing engagements, including executive stakeholder management and governance forums such as QBRs. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent partnership initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Experience forecasting revenues and contributing to commercial planning and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and facilitate growth amongst existing insights partners (i.e. Affinity Solutions, CACI, Experian, Geolytix, Beauclair)
  • Oversee consistent, accurate delivery of data to existing partners via Reward’s Data Product (Client Delivery) and Data Engineering teams in line with contractual SLAs
  • Run appropriate meetings and forums for governing partner relationships (MBRs, QBRs etc.)
  • Work with the SVP Consumer Insights and Insights Product Director to create simple growth plans for each existing partner. Those growth plans might extend beyond the UK. 
  • Work with different departments within Reward (Data Engineering, Data Product, Marketing, Commercial) to prioritize and implement plans to deliver target revenue growth including the development, delivery and commercialization of any co-developed products.
  • As part of Reward’s Product Management Excellence (PME) framework, document and review business requirements for new products, features and Change Requests aligned to client and commercial needs, and track and communicate progress to relevant partners.
  • Work with Sales Ops to ensure forecast and actual partner revenues are up to date in Hubspot.
  • Check accuracy of monthly royalty statements and invoices alongside Finance Business Partners.
 2.  Identify and develop new partnerships with complimentary high value businesses
  • Work with SVP Consumer Insights to identify the most £ valuable areas of “white space” for Reward to sell insights into new partners.
  • Agree criteria against which Reward would select potential new insight partners, targeting incremental growth whilst minimizing cannibalization of existing revenues. Use those criteria to identify a short-list of potential new partners through which we’ll be able to achieve our revenue goals.
  • Evolve sales and marketing collateral in partnership with Product Marketing, clarifying commercial engagement models with which to approach new target partners.
  • Work with SVP Consumer Insight to agree terms with new partners, Reward’s legal term to confirm contracts and duly work with Reward’s Data Product, Data Engineering or Insight Solutions teams to onboard new clients.
  • Transition new partners to a “BAU status” where they receive data, support and invoicing on a regular dependable basis from relevant teams within Reward.
