The Regional Account Lead is responsible for overseeing multi-site operations, compliance, maintenance, budgets, contracts, vendor performance, and team leadership to deliver high-quality services, achieve financial targets, and drive continuous operational improvement.

About the Role:

  • Lead overall facilities management operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, maintenance, and operational standards while managing budgets, costs, and CMMS processes.
  • Oversee the delivery of facility services across sites, including engineering, maintenance, custodial, and life-safety functions, ensuring client and tenant needs are met effectively.
  • Manage service contracts, vendor performance, procurement activities, audits, and compliance programs to ensure contractual, statutory, and financial obligations are achieved.
  • Drive financial planning and performance by developing operating and capital budgets, monitoring expenditures, reviewing work order metrics, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage facility management teams while fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business leaders to achieve KPIs and continuous operational improvement.

About You:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related industry, including senior leadership roles, preferably with Asia Pacific exposure.
  • Relevant educational qualification in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business, or equivalent combination of experience and career achievements.
  • Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience, with a strong track record of leading, developing, and collaborating with teams.
  • Strong technical and operational expertise in facilities/property management, with the ability to interpret plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Highly customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
